How it works
From request to delivery
TRAX is a marketplace: you describe the journey, approved transport agencies come to you with offers, and you stay in control of who moves your horse.
The journey
Six steps, start to finish
Add your horses
Each horse carries its own record — name, category, date of birth and documents such as passports and health papers. Add them once and reuse them on every trip.
Post the trip
Set the pickup and drop-off locations on the map, the delivery date, and how many horses are travelling. Choose one-way, or a round trip with a waiting time at the destination.
Receive offers
Approved agencies see your request and send offers with their price and the vehicle they'd use. Nothing is booked while you compare — the request stays yours.
Reserve the one you want
Accepting an offer reserves it. The agency's payment details appear in the app, and the trip is held for you while payment is arranged.
Pay the agency and confirm
You pay the agency directly and upload your proof of payment. The agency confirms it, and only then does the trip become a booking with an assigned driver and truck.
Follow it to delivery
The driver updates each stage in the field — pickup, in transit, delivered — so you can see where the journey stands without chasing anyone by phone.
Good to know
The details people ask about
What if I need to cancel?
Request a cancellation from the trip in the app before it starts. The agency reviews it, and once approved they confirm the refund back to you. You can withdraw the request while it's still pending.
How is payment handled?
Payment is arranged directly with the agency you choose — TRAX doesn't take your card. You'll see the agency's payment instructions, submit proof, and track the payment and any refund from the booking.
Who are the agencies?
Transport agencies are onboarded and approved by TRAX before they can bid. Each one manages its own drivers and vehicles, and you can see the agency profile alongside their offer.
